The Role

Boiler breakdowns and diagnostics

Servicing, CP12s and safety checks

General plumbing

Fault-finding across a range of systems

Occasional install-related works

Clear communication with customers

Accurate job reporting through modern software

Average workload: 6–8 jobs per day

(No unnecessary driving — well-planned daily routes.)

Salary and Bonus

£45,000 basic salary

Uncapped bonus scheme

OTE £68,600 easily achievable based on realistic performance

Paid fairly for boilers, materials and upsells

Requirements (All Essential)

Domestic Gas (CCN1 + appliances)

NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing and Heating

Unvented Hot Water

Full UK driving licence

Strong diagnostic ability

Excellent communication and customer service

Preferred but not essential:

LPG

Oil qualifications
